Now let's take (B). Assuming some humans survived and escaped the man-machine war (which is more than likely), then MSV1 alone was created for the physical Matrix Hardware. The survivors led to the population of a real Zion. Obviously, MSV1 failed miserably and numerous "crops were lost," lost either by suicide or fighting Agents. Those who fought Agents must have been unplugged by those from the real Zion. Thus, the first "One" was born, unplugged, eventually reached the Architect, and chose the "Source" door to unplug 23 people from MSV1 so they could repopulate the "destroyed" Zion, and to keep the remaining humanity in MSV1 so it could be reloaded/upgraded into MSV2. OK, so far?
Question A1 never comes up, because ZSV1 was never created. Zion is real.
Question A2 never comes up, because Agents don't want unplugged humans to escape to the real Zion; there was no backup ZSV1.
Question A3 never comes up, because Zion is real, and the Sentinels are real.
Question A4 never comes up, because each Zion was real, each destruction was real, and each repopulation was real.
Question A5 never comes up, because ZSV1 was never created, Zion is real, and its destruction will also be real.
