Damn, Day 1\/200 of J200X kicked my ass! Yup, the Fit Test was 25 minutes of hell, haha! Barely even started Week 1 of Shaun T&#8217;s &#8220;Insanity&#8221; Workout.\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"caption\" align=\"center\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"caption\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.xjaymanx.com\/xjaymanx_2007\/Images\/xjaymanx_toybox_exercise_recovery_bar_450.jpg?w=545\" alt=\"Recovery\" title=\"Recovery\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/div>\n<p><strong>Week 00\/29 of J200X &#8211; Recovery &#8211; Jillian Michaels &#038; Treadmill<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"square\">\n<li>[Day -1] 01 Aug, Sun &#8211; Wt=133. Whew, did Jillian\u2019s \u201cYoga Meltdown\u201d (both levels). Sweat!\n<li>[Day -2] 31 Jul, Sat &#8211; Weight=133 again, hehe. No workout today. Two more days to Insanity! Vacuumed almost the entire house. Even re-oriented the living room red rug into a cool diagonal. Preparation for J200X time!\n<li>[Day -3] 30 Jul, Fri &#8211; Weight=135, still, hehe. Whew, did Jillian&#8217;s &#8220;Trouble Zones&#8221; workout, wow. Like &#8220;Core X&#8221; w the light weights!\n<li>[Day -4] 29 Jul, Thurs &#8211; Weight=135. Whew, did Jillian&#8217;s &#8220;Banish Fat&#8221; cardio, wow. A lot like Kenpo X! Sweat!\n<li>[Day -5] 28 Jul, Wed &#8211; Weight=135, oops. Heyyy, did Jilian&#8217;s &#8220;No More Trouble Zones&#8221; for the full hour. Not bad. About 50-70% intensity of P90X Recovery &#8220;Core Synergistics&#8221; session. But still got sweat and worked my rusty abs, hehe. Then decided to update my &#8220;J200X&#8221; program calendar with some Jillian Michaels programs, yup. Even updated my Blog 221.1, hehe. Watched &#8220;Yoga Meltdown&#8221; (4 of 5 stars), Level 1. Even did some of it! Then watched Level 2. Even did some of that too! Whew, sweaty. While more dynamic, both combined into an hour is probably 70-90% of Yoga X, whew!\n<li>[Day -6] 27 Jul, Tues &#8211; Weight=133. Moved up to Med Intensity Program 2 (30 min, up to 5 mph, I think 10% incline), nice, actual sweat! About 270 calories! All while watching &#8220;Jillian Michaels &#8211; 30 Day Shred&#8221; for a half hour.\n<li>[Day -7] 26 Jul, Mon &#8211; Weight=133. Heyyy, hit the treadmill again, Low Intensity Program 3 (30 min, up to 4 mph, 8% incline). While watching the &#8220;Clone Wars&#8221; 2D animation. Printed out my new &#8220;J200X Calendar&#8221; design, nice!\n<li>[Day -8] 25 Jul, Sun &#8211; Weight=133. Heyyy, hit the treadmill, Low Intensity Program 1 (20 min, up to 4 mph).
